Sessions resignation verse being fired.....help me see the light.

I believe it was a "Forced Resignation"....he didn't even get time to have closure with staff....yes he and all of us knew it was a dark cloud for months that Sessions will be gone after Mid-terms..

It is important for Obstruction of Justice charges/claims against tRump that he fire Sessions...so this letter is grey in message....purposefully.

How do we address this problem since it on the surface is called a resignation?

My guess is that Trump sent government goons to Sessions' office with empty boxes and wouldn't leave until he gave one of them the Resignation Letter, and then escorted him out of the building.

How do you think this may play out? Will firing claim hold water? I want it too so my objectivity is blurred.

It is common practice to tell someone to resign for saving face when fired in the everyday business world...so this is so grey....

It means that while on the surface it was a resignation, the individual resigning basically was forced to do so by the employer’s desire to make continued employment so untenable that no reasonable person would want to continue working.

Now lets see how this works thru the definition of being fired for Sessions....I guess overall, I wanted a clean picture on the firing...like Comey for example....tRump has better advisors now....

In other words, Sessions' "resignation" was not really voluntary; in fact, it gives RINO a whole new meaning: Resignation In Name Only.
