A.G. HOLDER HAS NO (Fill in the blank)

http://readersupportednews.org/opinion2/277-75/12942-focus-ag-eric-holder-has-no-balls

In the notorious Hudson transaction, for instance, Goldman claimed, in writing, that it was fully "aligned" with the interests of its client, Morgan Stanley, because it owned a $6 million slice of the deal. What Goldman left out is that it had a $2 billion short position against the same deal.

If that isn't fraud, Mr. Holder, just what exactly is fraud?

When I read 2 years ago it was likely that none of these mortage-banker scumbags would not see any time behind bars, I knew these people were going to walk all over this DOJ--with the middle finger salute. I didn't like the message it sent. It is shameful. We have to play by the rules in just about everything. These bastards, with their $1-2 million homes, and 3 cars with a view of something, get to skate free. Really pisses me off Obama has not fired this worthless suite. Happy though, that Matt is staying on this. But what good is it doing?
