15. Yes, he DOES know what he's doing. I pointed out last night that while some were bemoaning....

....losing about 1,000 legislative seats in the last ten years, under Perez' leadership we made up one-third of that (about 350) in only ONE NIGHT!

Here in CT we went from an 18-18 tie in the State Senate to a 24-12 super majority.
