Broward County voting just about done counting

Nelson is currently down 15,515. I do not know if there will be enough provisional votes to make up that deficit. It appears the crook will hold on.

make it up.

First, there are still provisional votes to be counted. Second, there is evidence of a serious undercount in Broward County, places that voted for governor and other down ballot races, but did not record a vote for senator. And the undervote is much more than in other counties.

Of course, there could be another butterfly ballot type situation.

I do not think even if there is a tabulation error that will be enough to overcome the current deficit. Nelson needs to get that deficit under 10K going into the recount for the tabulation error (if there is one) to swing in Nelson's favor. I do not know where those votes will come from to continue to shrink the deficit.

When all of these outstanding ballots have been counted, then begins the manual recount.

I still do not think there are enough votes out there but will see. Trying to stay optimistic, but I am also a realist.
