automatic voter registration, mail-in option ballot. Every single voter must receive a receipt that the vote was counted. In Cali I get the receipt and can check online that my ballot was accepted. If it was not I would get a notification and the reason why not.

Nothing else is nearly as important. Voting accessibility is elections integrity is the basis of democracy.
