3. The headline and tweet are a bit misleading

Per article on the WPLG website:

"However, the FDLE has said it is not investigating Snipes at this time, as no allegations of voter fraud have been received and Scott has not put his request in writing."

4. Voting fraud is a crime.

So is false report of crime. Rick Scott can run his mouth all he wants but if he wants to involve law enforcement he could find himself charged with a crime.
