He's a falsely appointed asshole due to an outdated system that put him into office. He just wanted that title and to have a power trip. If this was Obama that did this, you'd see the right going fucking ballistic and would start impeachment proceedings. But not a fucking peep since Pres Gangrene "hair" would be harmed.
