I do get to see pictures and videos of my kids, grandkids and great-grandkids more often than I would with email.

So, sorry if it ruins your day, but I won't be joining you in hoping Facebook never comes back.

FB and twitter are excellent ways to keep in touch with people, enjoy hobby groups, and get up-t-date info and news.

And, I don't have wingnut friends, so I never see wingnut stuff. Maybe you need to reevaluate your "friends" and what relatives you interact with.
