Does he get a free pass? Who decides what will happen legally? I find this baffling.

4. I heard scuttlebutt that he was also involved with the adventures of Mr. Avenatti last night.

If this is true, he has a world of UH-OH coming at him. Avenatti does not have the constraints on him that Mueller has.
