Any person can attempt to refer any criminal matter to any law enforcement body, I suppose, but this particular tweet means less than nothing about the reality of Wohl's legal jeopardy.

He'll have to name the woman he claims had a scandalous story to tell.
Unless..there really is no mystery woman & he just sorta made that part up!!

Imagine who else's names are revealed in his emails & docs ..
