If evidence was destroyed, and she and many others in the White House should be shaking in their shoes they'll find them , if they don't already know they've delete evidence, and have everything. I would be surprised if they all weren't being closely monitored, and everything was watched in real time what they all were doing. If she's already depressed , she's looking at serious time for everything they have or will find, and a lot more information to expose them all. She should be scared. 8. "No deletions" means he's been briefed on the law

Any deletions would be a crime under the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 that states that a government agency has to decide what is to be deleted once a personal email account is used for government business. Basically once you start using it for government work you forfeit the right to decide what gets deleted. And that means all emails, you could get and ad for 15% off at Starbucks and if you delete it you've committed a crime.

The Data Act of 2014 (Again, became law after Hillary left) says that personal emails must be uploaded to a government server within 20 days. If Ivanka didn't do this she committed a crime.
