Just a Weirdo

So hey, I took a tour of MLK historical site today

Very deep and profound tour that made me think a lot to see how far it has come. I also saw the tombs and made a small prayer for the people to rise above the prejudices.

Dr King would not be happy with Trump that is for Dan sure. One of his dreams was achieved when Obama won.

One day everyone will be free at last, God almighty, free at last.

I may have never met Dr. King but I sure damn glad I went to learn more about his legacy.

Thanks, Dr. King.

(had been to the MLK Center & Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta almost 20 years ago)

All I could do was imagine a giant facepalm... But then he had seen so much worse and I expect that he believed that eventually, humanity would find a way. He would have been 90 next year.

I was in first grade (I am in between his children Dexter and Bernice in age) when he was assassinated and like schools nationwide, that terrible event and his life were commemorated shortly after.
