To be frank, his previous votes, aside from the one concerning the ACA, have been pretty abysmal (and just about what the Heritage Foundation would want), but I'm hoping this week's interchange will mean at least that he may prove resistant to Trump's claims of "unitary executive" powers, because he's the only one standing in the way of a series of 5-4 decisions that could give us an "imperial presidency"...permanently.

not allowing democrats to complain when the right wing Supreme Court gets going on enforced monogamy or whatever they have planned.
