Remember when MSNBC gave Greta Van Sustern a show and Rachel was smooching on her...to welcome her and get us to watch her new show....we didn't !!

I wondered where she is now...she has a bloggy type show and interviews cool guys like Rick Perry....

...you promote. This one ain't about editorial content, it's about simple marketing. Point people to other time slots on the network and then, let them rise/fall on their merit. And, as expected, GVS fell. I certainly didn't have a sad about that.

As we often say, it's all about ratings - in this case ratings of the entire network.

of Keith Olbermann who helped her out immensely in getting her own show. When others spoke poorly of him in behind the scenes situations, she kept saying positive things about him.

long cancelled MSNBC show. I think that’s when Carlson ditched the bow tie. I haven’t heard her say anything really nasty about him.

She works for a media outlet and is obligated to promote their programming. She benefits from the network growing its audience.
