CA21 just called for TJ Cox (D). Another red to Blue.

Update: not called but Valadao will not catch Cox. The remainder of vote will heavily favor Cox. Fresno county is a wash.

Fresno has: 15,200
Kern has: 2919
Tulare has: 7793

VOTES LEFT TO COUNT
