Obviously, she is an "at will" employee, so yes, though the Senate could certainly subpoena her.

He's been a tiny bit less unethical than the others, working with Mark Warner, though I don't hold my breath.

But Republicans are the majority in the Senate. McTurtle will comply with shithole. Graham is barking and so is Paul but in the long run they will comply as well.
We are in the beginning stages of a dictatorship.
