I think she said that 1/2 of them were.. but why quibble.

She was referring to the Nazis hiding among Republican supporters. She thought responsible Republicans might reject the radicals among their campaign supporters.

And not that Republicans would be conquered by the depolrables in their ranks, and infect the entire Republican Party.

She was too much an American patriot to predict all Republicans would embrace deplorables, and try to become more deplorable themselves.
