Perjury Chart: Trump Associates’ Lies, False, or Misleading Statements on Russia to Federal Authorities

It is a federal offense to intentionally make false statements to Congress, the FBI, and other federal authorities. It is also a crime to encourage others to do so (that is, in technical terms, to “suborn perjury”). It is also a crime to engage in a conspiracy to lie to federal authorities. A conspiracy can involve a tacit or explicit agreement to commit the criminal activity.

Here is a summary of the 18-page Chart which is below (as a PDF document). It will be updated as new information becomes public. major updates will be announced on Twitter and Facebook.

https://www.vox.com/world/2018/11/29/18117910/michael-cohen-trump-tower-moscow-mueller
The Kremlin originally denied ever responding to Cohen, with Peskov saying on August 30 2017 that “we do not react to such business topics.” But on Thursday, shortly after Cohen pleaded guilty, Peskov changed the story. “Later we called and asked why they wanted to have meeting in presidential Administration and explained that we have nothing to do with construction issues in the City of Moscow,” he said in a statement.

Also, remember, there are a number of sealed indictments that are likely to add to this list
As well, the liar-in-chief and his thousands of documented lies is not on that list.

#19 is a zinger because it shows Putin's right hand man lying to cover for Trump => how can they reasonably argue there is no 'collusion' with the Russians when Putin is lying with the rest of Trump's cabal?

People lie for a reason.

How can someone possibly say with foundation that there is no conspiracy here when all those instances of lying to law enforcement/congress about Russia are going on? It's so implausible it's ridiculous to contemplate.

192 charges so far
33 people indicted
3 companies indicted
Many more indictments sealed and very probably many more to come including state level indictments

A number of guilty pleas have been received for crimes like:
lying to congress/law enforcement
bank fraud
tax evasion
campaign finance
money laundering
conspiracy
failure to report foreign bank accounts

Witch hunts denigrate and persecute political opponents for things they did not do.
Guilty pleas are admission of crimes by the people who committed those crimes.

It is pretty obvious where this is all leading.
