Notice the GDP is going down with each succeeding quarter

Q3 3.5
Q4 2.5 (projected)

Even with his huge tax cut Trump couldn't put together two 4% + quarters.

It is more likely than not if Trump makes it to 2020 he will running in a slow growth (GDP <2%) or recessionary environment.
