That's a requirement of ALL publicly available court documents.

You can't do things like discuss bank accounts or other sensitive data, and just have it come out in a public transcript.

It's just that you have to get copies physically from the courthouse, since it won't be released to PACER for 90 days.

It's a routine entry for a hearing transcript. They are generally available after a certain period of time, so that the parties have the opportunity to go through and redact certain types of information (things like SSN's, bank accounts, material subject to protective orders, etc.).

Since a lot of PACER users use RECAP (myself included), then you can expect it to be posted to the courtlistener copy of the docket soon, if it's not already there.

Oh, incidentally, you can get hard copy from the court clerk's office, so the news organizations may get that. The 90 day restriction is on PACER.
