Just watch: Trump will proclaim he got his wall funding and that the wall is nearly done.

Dollars to doughnuts he claims it was his super-duper negotiating trick of asking for 5 billion when he really only needed 1 billion, which he got.

He will proclaim victory for 1) getting his wall and 2) avoiding a shutdown.
