Am I missing something, it sounds like some of the media on the left

aren't concerned about the cons voter suppression effort. It looks like it is going to succeed.

But since making a big deal about it could get them accused of being left-wing, they're probably just going to tiptoe around it.

has covered for the week? I don't watch CM, but I'm pretty sure the newsbunnies are not discussing voter suppression around the country.

You'll find reliable coverage at Democracy Now!, Bill Moyers, The Nation, Think Progress, American Prospect, etc. Here's a piece that offers a couple of Philly organizations to volunteer with if you're interested:

Pennsylvania's Other Voter ID Battle
A coalition of groups is doing what you'd expect the state to do: help voters get the necessary ID.

9. Welcome to DU. The left media I read, listen and watch are very much on it.

Ed Schultz, Rachel Maddow, Cenk Uygur, Bill Press, the Current TV Governors Spitzer and Granholm. Thom Hartmann and his guest hosts, Chris Hayes and Melissa Harris Perry. Turn off CNN, FOX News and any Clear Channel talk radio. Print media is a little harder, but I think you will find "The Nation" does a good job of it.

The suppression is succeeding but there are grass roots efforts forming in the states concerned to help people who are being targeted to get their voter ID.

The sad part about our media access is that the truth tellers are relegated to low power radio stations that don't reach everyone and obscure cable channels that everyone doesn't get. News magazines like the nation aren't sold in the supermarkets. I find much of those shows can be streamed on the internet and print media can be found there as well. It's true though the majority left is being marginalized by the large corporate media corporations who hog most of the media, which they use for propaganda, ignoring important news stories and just spreading disinformation.

But think known liberal pundits have done a lot together the news out. We need a site with comprehensive information compiled for each state so that voters can make sure they will be able to vote. Is there one?

I think Chris Hayes has already dealt with it and probably will again.

But if you mean Morning Joe, yep. Nary a peep from him on voter suppression...
