Who did he hire?
What decisions did he make?
Where did he allocate money to?
What computer software programs did he OK putting on their computers?

This is an agency that has been compromised by several spies in it's relatively short history and this man, if the conservative defense is true which is that he is just some gullible schmuck, could have put national security in a dangerous zone.

If the FBI ran circles around him and tricked him, then how do we know that every single person he brought onto the DIA during his time isn't a spy from Algeria to Zimbabwe?
