Is gender bias in the media a problem that needs to be corrected?

Yes.

For many, the bias is obvious. Yet too many still deny the existence of it.

There have been many studies that show this is an issue, and it's shameful that in 2018 this is still a problem we must overcome.

example?

For many it is obvious and for many it isn’t yet it is a problem that needs to be corrected right?

So since it is a problem, those who know it are what? Those who don’t are what?

I assume you are referring to that Iowa poll?

That poll is meaningless for accurate prognostication of who our 2020 nominee will be.

Kamala Harris has my support atm, but I am open to changing my mind. I could also be very happy with Cory Booker, Amy Klobuchar, Gavin Newsom, etc. Not sold on the Beto hype yet, when I look at his actual record, but I could be swayed if he clarifies his issues more.

Only no's I have atm (unless, obviously, they win the nomination) are Biden, Bloomberg, and Sanders.

I'm in complete agreement with your thoughts on no Biden, Bloomberg or Sanders. I will also add no Steyer , Avenatti, Richard Painter, and rogue House members like Seth Moulton, Tim Ryan and/or Tulsi Gabbard.

We have a plentora of Democratic potential nominees. That fact that the focus is on Biden and Bernie is embarrassing. Where is the spotlight on our tremdous female candidates? Why is that ignored? Why is there talk about Bernie, Biden and Beto and not Amy, Kamala and Elizabeth?

establishment choice for certain people (atm, unless maybe Hillary changes mind and runs, which I doubt she will) and Bernie is just a lightning rod for controversy. I think I am one of the few who is pretty neutral on him. Most either love him or hate him. I like a lot of his platform, but I do not think he can win. I think we can do better, but I do not hate him like some seem too.

I lean more towards the left side of the spectrum, so I really need to see a candidates stance on healthcare (I want to see the end of the for-profit system, be it single payer/Medicare for all or some other system). I (full disclosure, I am a 23yo uni student) want to see free or ultra low-cost tertiary public education (which goes hand in hand with healthcare as a medical degree is insanely expensive now). I want to see our military budget dramatically lowered and our petrodollar military projections lowered, and, in line with that, a dramatically increase in non fossil fuels (like the Green New Deal types of policies). I also want to see the big banks and Wall Street be much more regulated to avoid another financial meltdown and to stop the wealth extraction that is cratering our social compact with an ever-increasing wealth inequality. It was very disappointing for me to see 17 members of our caucus in the Senate vote to partially gut an already fairly tame Dodd-Frank.

I also desperately want to beat Trump (if he is still POTUS and running for re-election) so I do understand there has to be a balance to a point. I think we need to avoid a completely white male ticket as well (full disclosure I am a female LGBTQ PoC), as we need to be inclusive at the highest level of our electoral politics. We have many great candidates, I cannot wait to see what comes out of our cauldron of democracy, aka our Democratic primary system.

Have any video, some links, or public commentary?

Otherwise, this looks a bit like trolling. Some of my favorite commentators are women. There are some female news anchors I can't stand. Perhaps you should provide examples of the bias you are complaining about.

WTF does Beto, Bidon or Bernie bring that Amy, Elizabeth and Kamala do not?

Most are on Fox, so I don't tune in. Tweety gets a bit tiresome, kind of like Andrea Mitchell. Both of them try to talk faster than their brain works and they fumble over their words too much. I love Rachel Maddow, and I like Larry O'Donnell in small doses.

As for what B, B, or B have that A, E, or K don't, I'll wait to see as the process goes forward. Frankly, I think Beto is too inexperienced, Biden and Bernie are too old and have too much baggage. Amy is a bit conservative for my taste, but she's from a red state. Elizabeth is on the old side and is a bit of a one trick pony in economics. Kamala I don't know a lot about yet, but we'll see how she presents herself if and when she runs.

If any of them won the nomination, I would vote for them over any Repub, for sure.

Care to share any of your opinions, or is this a one way street?

I believe that Kamala, Elizabeth and Amy are heads and tails above Bernie, Biden and Beto.

Yet all of these women will enter with a disadvantage that Bernie, Biden and Beto will not face. And I'm sick and tired of that.
