If there's one thing that is absolutely clear after the past 2 years on health care, it is that Rs have no alternative to the ACA, and never will. Their plan is for people to get sick, go bankrupt, and die.

A total empty suit. He had no idea how the healthcare market worked for the individual before the Obamacare. All he would say is "don't you want options?. No policy. We were so close to beating him 400 votes out of 280,000.
