I was listening to talk radio - you know who- and they said the judge apologized about the "Foreign Agent while in the White House" and that he told reporters not to make to much of his questions. This was interpreted by the host as not meaning to imply treason.

It was because he was no longer a foreign agent once the transition started. He got the timeline wrong.

get ahead of his brain and realized he had blurted out something silly. He apologized and said he felt terrible.

Foreign Agent status only because Flynn registered as a foreign agent RETROACTIVELY to the date that he actually declared himself a foreign agent under FARA...
