Collins would voice concern, swear she would study both side of the question, and then............

.....vote for Maine to be separated from the Union and used for Naval target practice and deforestation.

If Collins runs for re-election, I think even the lobsters would move north to Canada and seek asylum. For that matter, with the warming of the oceans, they already are.
