Harris hasn't been certified the winner of his election. If you haven't been certified, you're not the winner, you don't get the seat.

While I'm gratified that the North Carolina Board of Elections (or whatever they're called) has declined to certify a winner, the evidence available seems pretty clear and convincing that the Democratic candidate polled more votes on election day, but for some dedicated tampering on Harris' behalf. An honorable candidate would refuse to accept a victory under such tainted circumstances and concede defeat.

What Mark Harris will do, however, is anybody's guess. The state Republican party is looking for a way to keep him from being in any run-off if that's what the Board of Elections decides to do. That due to the fact that the same pattern of election tampering showed up in the Republican primary that made Harris the party's nominee in the first place. Of course, if Harris was an honorable man, this sort of jiggery-pokery wouldn't have happened twice in his favor.

Or perhaps Mr. Harris will withdraw from this race. That would be lovely.

So many times the scum withdraws and is free to commit crimes sometime down the road. I certainly hope Pelosi is on this and refuses to let it go!

Goddamned NC Republicans committed blatant, massive ELECTION FRAUD.

Worse, they want to make investigations of future election fraud SECRET, PLUS make it more difficult to prosecute those crimes. Shit bills they passed in NC in the lame duck immediately after pulling the NC09 shit they pulled.

Unbelievable.

Typical Republicans.
