So put a bill out there proposing that Congress match whatever Mexico pays, with a cap of 2.5 billion dollars. It will be part of a spending bill coming out of the House and will get reported everywhere.

Mexico is of course going to refuse to pay anything, but it does put a bright spotlight on Trump's lie about Mexico paying for his wall.
