About the Women's Day March in Eureka, CA.

Something seems really off about how the cancellation is being promoted. We are going to find out soon. The county Eureka is in has a one percent black population. Eighty-five percent white.

Here is video of their MLK march from last year. It’s a sea of white people.

Never have I heard of such absurdity.

I think it has more to do with being scheduled two days before the MLK march.

It was peaceful and beautiful, something must have happened in the last two years.

I will say that area is full of purists and people who voted for Jill instead of Hillary, I know because I went door to door talking to them.

Its a mostly white area so stopping the the march for that reason sounds weird to me. At the first march they had speakers from local tribes and other races speak. Maybe last year or this year plans went crazy.

I lived there for 5 years and graduated from HSU. It's a wonderful, beautiful, progressive area, but yeah, they can be more than a little thick headed with their Green Party puritanism.

Food, but too be honest i have never been in such crazy groups when it came to organizing campaigns. Everyone was so opinionated and argumentative in the meetings it was hard to make decisions and get anything done.
