So what is Trump offerring for his wall?

I only see him demanding money for the wall and border security.

What is he giving the Dems in return.

Less money for the wall? The Dems are not arguing price!

to let the government (which he is supposedly the head of) function.

No compromise! This will just get worse for Trump. Make him and his vile party veto the bills out of the House.
