by Josh Feldman | Jan 2nd, 2019, 4:00 pm
President Donald Trump stunned many this afternoon with foreign policy comments during his lengthy Cabinet meeting, specifically concerning the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
Russia used to be the Soviet Union. Afghanistan made it Russia because they went bankrupt fighting in Afghanistan. Russia, Trump said. So you take a look at other countriesPakistan is there. They should be fighting. But Russia should be fighting. The reason Russia was in Afghanistan was because terrorists were going into Russia. They were right to be there. The problem is it was a tough fight.

(4,452 posts)After saying comments like those does he go into a private area and think "I don't know why the fuck I just said those things"?

(6,535 posts)I don't know why I ever bother looking at any of the nonsense that falls out of this dipshit's mouth; I've successfully avoided looking at any pictures of it, or hearing the sound of its nauseating voice for more than a second or two over the past few years, but sometimes make the mistake of reading a few of its comments, and get nothing out of the whole ordeal except fresh annoyance. Fuck that; I really should avoid reading any news stories that involve this fuckhead in any way, except for the eventual one that explains how the orange nightmare is gone from the earth, and we never have to hear about it (or from it) ever again...guess I'd better find a cave someplace or something.

Treponema pallidum, which causes syphilis, is a type of bacterium known as a spirochaete due to its spiral, spring-like shape.
It would not surprise me in the least to learn that trump has tertiary syphilis...

(15,038 posts)hell, anyone with a passing knowledge of recent events remembers the Soviet's folly in the 1980s. You don't need to be a historian to be aware of the world immediately around you. (Although, evidently, such knowledge is no longer a prerequisite for being President of the U.S.)
