Is the Coast Guard now getting paid?

Is the Coast Guard now getting paid? They were paid up to the end of Dec.

It was somewhat vague whether or not they would be paid after New Years.

The House did send a bill to fund Homeland Security along with the general funding bill. The Senate could pass the Homeland Security funding bill, which would fund the Coast Guard. I also recall reading that the Coast Guard will get one more payment beyond the shutdown.
