Didn't Ayn Rand discount rape as an invasive hostile crime?

I seem to remember Howard Roark raping Dominque in The Fountainhead and it was part of passion and gritty love. And Dominque's hidden need to be dominated.

man takes woman. Woman likes it. Woman wanted it all along but too good to say so, had to act innocent. Man forces woman so woman can stay pure.

That's what I got out of the fountainhead.
