Seems to me like there should be a permanent boycott of Limbaugh, Coulter, Hannity, Ingram, and a few others. They ought to see these wealthy bigots for who and what they are. American History Channel last night, they were rerunning one of their many series on the Nazis, and it was the final episode of a 10 episode series.
