it is still reported to the credit bureaus as a missed payment and will RUIN one's credit score. PAY THE COAST GUARD GODDAMNIT!!

Pay the FBI!!! Rachel did a segment on this the other night. FBI agents cannot keep their jobs if their security clearance is rescinded, and any black marks on their credit reports can cause that to happen.

For the GOP, that's a feature, not a bug.
