That man & his nicknames habit

The Apricot Hellbeast has a long standing habit of nicknaming people who annoy him. Did he come up with one for Carly Fiorina of Hewlett Packard? I know he went after her looks, and, so far, I haven't seen any comments on Speaker Pelosi like that.

What nickname will he eventually come up with?

He said, "Nancy Pelosi, I call her Nancy. . . ." It takes a stable genius to come up with a clever nickname like that!

He cannot sexually harass her, he cannot demean her in terms he normally sees/uses for women, at least in public. She is not an aspect of power he has never seen before.
