Subjective evaluation works occasionally but not enough to overcome raw normalcy. I would be willing to fade whatever details or indications these guys think they have.

Then if it fails I'd use the same approach the next time

His charging indictment statement of the Russians clearly said that there were American co-conspirators, one who was already "known to the Grand Jury" at that time in July. I know he needs to have a solid case and get more than one co-conspirator rounded up but this is getting very discouraging.
