Russians leaked Mueller investigation evidence online, prosecutors say
Source: The Guardian

Evidence gathered by Robert Mueller, the special counsel, was obtained by Russians and leaked online in an attempt to discredit his inquiry into Moscow’s interference in US politics, prosecutors said on Wednesday.

A court filing by Mueller’s office said more than 1,000 files that it shared confidentially with attorneys for indicted Russian hackers later appeared to have been uploaded to a filesharing site and promoted by a Twitter account.

“We’ve got access to the Special Counsel Mueller’s probe database as we hacked Russian server with info from the Russian troll case,” a tweet from the account said. “You can view all the files Mueller had about the IRA and Russian collusion. Enjoy the reading!”

so we lost many years on global warming action and just as with his total support for trump now the loudest radio blowhard in the world may be working for putin

Complaining about discovery being posted online. And it is old news. Prosecutors always complain about this and the Special Counsel's Office has complained about this in the past concerning this case. Not exactly something new.

the Russian entities indicted wouldn’t put up a defense. Russians play dirty as apparently do the American defense lawyers representing them. Let’s hope Mueller anticipated these moves and is indeed way ahead of these criminals. That is, I sure hope he wasn’t taken by surprise that Manafort wasn’t really cooperating and that Russians would try and alter and manipulate discovery provided by Mueller. As a defense lawyer myself, I couldn’t imagine lawyers risking their license and freedom to help Russian intelligence. There is some shady shit going on down in DC.

After all, this so called, "non sensitive information" ended up in Russian hands, and only could have been given to them, by members of Trump's so called "team". Therefore, Trump is responsible for leaking info to Russia, if he approved. But it was "fake info" to see if Trump's team would leak the information to Russia....

.Now who would set up something like this, to see if there are connections in the Trump Team to Russia?

Well here is the answer.: A FORMER HEAD OF THE FBI WOULD DO THAT TO CATCH THE REAL CROOKS....!!!!, and the real crooks got caught...

39. From the article:
Wed Jan 30, 2019, 06:59 PM
Jan 2019

Mueller disclosed the leak in a filing as part of his prosecution of Concord Management and Consulting, a Russian company that allegedly funded hacking operations by Russia’s notorious Internet Research Agency (IRA).

The filing argued that attorneys for Concord should not be given access to “sensitive” evidence gathered by Mueller’s team for the case.

It said: “The person who created the webpage used their knowledge of the non-sensitive discovery to make it appear as though the irrelevant files contained on the webpage were the sum total evidence of ‘IRA and Russian collusion’ gathered by law enforcement in this matter in an apparent effort to discredit the investigation.”

NOTE he says "irrelevant files" were purported to be the sum total evidence of IRA & Russian collusion. In other words, Mueller set them up. Those files weren't pertinent, but they set a trap for the defense. Any surprise that the rats sprung the trap?

from 1-9-19:

In Petulant Filing, Reed Smith’s Dubelier Blames Judge for Being Mean

On Jan. 4, he filed a reply in support of a motion to compel discovery from the United States—a key point of contention in the case.

The first page of his motion contains this passage: “The Special Counsel also states that if simply trusting him that everything is just peachy is not sufficient, he can tell more ex parte secrets to the court to support his position. The Special Counsel’s argument is reminiscent of Otter’s famous line, ‘Flounder, you can’t spend your whole life worrying about your mistakes! You f**ked up . . . you trusted us. Hey, make the best of it.’”

The judge's reply:

“Your strategy is ineffective. It’s undermining your credibility in this courthouse. I will say it plain and simple, knock it off.”

He even took a slap at Rachel Maddow!

“Apparently some of these brave self-proclaimed patriots were whipped into their frenzy by a cable television entertainer unknown to undersigned counsel named Rachel Maddow who devoted a significant portion of her variety program to the words spoken by the court yesterday.
