Our T.V. was last turned on around 5 years ago. I'm not bothered by the spewing of ads by mega-corporations and their lackey politicians. I know how to filter the crud that wants to seep into my internet browsers and can choose what I want to see and when.

T.V. and other lineal means of data dissemination such as radio are going out of business. Print at least lets you look at a headline or table-of-contents and decide what to consume.

....So this won't pass. Did Pelosi say "Oh well we shouldn't bother doing this since it has not chance of passing."? Did she worry about dry powder, or saving her bullets or whatever else?
