Trump Slumps to Record Low Approval

A new Morning Consult poll finds a record low of 40% of voters approved of President Trump and a record-high 55% disapproved, resulting in the worst monthly net rating of his presidency.

His lowest polling ever I think was 33 or 34% after the Charlottesville incident. He's never dropped below that. 40% is stupidly high for him, and definitely not his lowest.
