But I just can't. Not yet. Is Tyson's story credible? Yes, it is.
The problem is that Justin Fairfax's story is also credible. I don't see anything pushing this off the 50/50 scale.
We have two very credible people with impressive backgrounds and biographies who have totally different stories about an intimate encounter that only they have knowledge of. But until there is additional information/details of that encounter I find it impossible to say--she's right/he's right.
The only way to turn this is to have a similar scenario that we had in the Ford vs Kavanaugh brouhaha. Two individuals tell their stories, additional details are provided in a setting where both parties are under oath. The credibility of the testimonies and the details provided can then be judged for credibility.
It's not a slam-dunk process but it sure as hell is better than this.
