Revenge porn seems like something Deplorables would relish, and resent having taken away from them as a past-time.

If I had to guess what a legitimate lefty criticism could be, I would look towards the category of over-prosecution (i.e. prosecuting as revenge porn things which ought not be classified as such)? But absent specifics, I cannot tell if there are any such cases which apply to Senator Harris's career.
