Since the VP doesn't have to be someone running for office, the field is more exciting than the top of the ticket. How about Harris/Kennedy?

I'm not sure what exactly what you mean by "it," but I think he's great all around, including in charisma category.

Harris did nothing to change the corrupt system while she was attorney general. Neither is progressive in any way. Both are solid dems but I can't see them inspiring the youth vote.
