He wouldve had other options with his wealth, and have no risk.

The risk is the point. Because yes, he could have had any of those women escorted to his hotel room, for a price, he didn't. He may have like the place because he could pay with cash.

He also can't get away with saying he really wanted a massage, as I am certain he stays at hotels with masseuses on staff to accommodate those needs. Making it unnecessary to go to a strip mall.
