(2,404 posts)Have a feeling she is that position in exchange for evangelical support.
And to have a person that evangelicals can relate to.

(39,308 posts)However, later articles stated that she's still there because she's been unable to secure other employment. She's so radioactive that nobody will touch her with a ten-foot pole. I hope both of those despicable, vile liars will be forced to leave OUR house in abject disgrace and everlasting shame. They deserve each other.
I truly hope we all get to see this

(2,243 posts)Whoever it is has written some "insider" stories about the White House. The latest installment has a conversation between Sarah and Steve Miller where she bemoans the lack of job offers, even in the private sector, and says that she was supposed to be gone after the midterm election.
I don't know if it's true, but it feels true (h/t Stephen Colbert).

Over a year ago it was known that no one in DC who is working for the GOP can get a date. They are about as sought after as syphilis.

(64,833 posts)honestly, if you had a business would you want someone with Sanders reputation and notoriety anywhere near it? I would imagine she is even toxic for evangelicals.
Maybe Daddy even thinks she is toxic. Wouldn't you think a Fox News(?) would take a flier on her? She may be even too much for them.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
