Uber-wealthy 'Sidewalk Sally' assaults family in park over one-year old sitting on sidewalk

Kelyn and Isaiah Allen tried to take a few photos in a popular Houston park to commemorate their daughter’s first birthday. Instead, the mother was forced to take video of a crying one-year old who had to witness her father getting struck by a “socialite” who lost it—because the baby was “obstructing the sidewalk.”

If you are a normal person who sees someone doing a photoshoot on a sidewalk, you would likely walk around them and leave them in peace.

If you are Franci Neely, the divorced wife of the Houston Astros owner, who got tens of millions in the divorce settlement, you feel entitled and can’t even drive down the street and allow a baby to have a few pictures on her birthday in peace.

As you can see on the video, she physically drags the props away and strikes the father.

Apparently the homeowners in this neighborhood and the city have had a dispute going for a while over public photography on this boulevard, which was supposedly settled in favor of the city - it was determined that it was public property, and people could continue to take pictures there.

I am not at all on the side of this woman, especially given the circumstances, one tiny child on a sidewalk rather than the professional setups described in some of the articles (full crews of cameras and people posing), but it's not quite as random as people are saying.

According to an article I read, she pulled the same stuff on some young people doing a prom-related photo shoot. The article also said that she slapped Mr. Allen's phone, not him. I still think that should be considered assault, considering he was holding the phone.

But I was in the grocery store the other day and saw a little girl, maybe 3?, pushing a kid-size grocery cart, helping her mother, who had a mother-size grocery cart.
