Does N. Pelosi have the power to arrest trump using the Capital Police?

If so, would she be able to charge trump with a criminal indictment? A pass around the FBI inability to indict?

1. No. The House can arrest other people though.

But there is separation of powers, so they cannot arrest the president. Impeachment is the remedy for removing the President (or the 25th amendment).

Did you really want Ryan to be able to arrest Obama?

We have a traitor in chief and who in the hell wants trump to slime away. Regan, H.W., W., ... got away with war crimes. trump is soon to be war criminal but is now a traitor. Who will hold him accountable when McConnell runs the Senate.
