5 or 6 Ice Cubes
4 oz O.J.
Ginger Beer about 1/2 a can or bottle (crabbies)
1.5 oz Dark Rum (Meyers)
1 oz Jack Daniels or any other American bourbon whiskey
Top off with about another 3 to 5 oz O.J.
Splash of Grenadine
1/2 of a lime squeezed

I'll just substitute Griz Kush for everything but the rum.
