I believe tRump requested the help of another enemy of the state, Kim, in order to get

the NK leader to help plan & schedule his so called peace meeting to coincide with the Cohen hearings, the ol wag the dog scheme. This is another blatant attempt to interfere with the tRump investigations and using a foriegn government to help him do so. The testimony was first announced Jan 11, 2019, tRump announced his meeting with his buddy Kim on Jan 18, 2019.
